Online Weight Loss Graphs

Keeping track of weight loss can be a fairly painless process with the use of charts and graphs that are available online. Many services online are easy enough to use. Just sign up for an account, which allows you to check on your information from anywhere in the world, and plug in information after every meal or fitness activity. After which, all of your information will be compiled into a graph or chart, its up to you.

Taking Advantage of Graphs
Havinga graph is one thing, but knowing how to use it to improve your own weight loss regime is another problem entirely. Bar Graphs are useful for checking which activities burn the most calories, or seeing which foods have the most calories. Being able to visually check that a double-quarter pounder from McDonalds has nearly 3 times as many calories as a lemon-pepper chicken breast with rice may make you think twice about ordering fast food. Pie charts are a great way to see what percentage of your daily calories come from carbohydrates, fat, and protein. Line graphs are what most people are looking for however, as it will allow you to see how quickly you are achieving your weight loss goals.

Triathelete Whether or not planning on participating in a triathalon, the Beginner Triathlete website still provides awesome software for keeping track of calories and fitness. Their custom software is fairly advanced, as it can transform the raw figures entered miraculously into colorful graphs and charts. This relatively mundane task is fairly fantastic to the dieter who hasn't been keeping track of their progress. Quickly being able to see just how far you've come is an incredible morale booster.

Medical University of South Carolina
One freely available chart allows graphing enthusiasts to keep track of their weight via the Medical University of South Carolina. Their chart should be printed off several times, as its only a monthly chart. For consistent reporting purposes however, you should weigh yourself at the exact same time of day. Day to day weights will vary with fluid balances, but dieters will be able to see a general trend in weight loss over a few weeks.
